Power regulator is used together with intelligent PID regulator or PLC with 0-5V and 4-20mA; It is mainly used for heating control of industrial electric furnace. The load type can be single-phase resistive load, single-phase inductive load and single-phase transformer load.
Single-phase power regulator uses digital circuit to trigger thyristor to realize voltage and power regulation. The voltage regulation adopts phase-shifting control mode, and the power regulation has two modes: fixed period power regulation and variable period power regulation. The control board is equipped with phase-locked loop synchronization circuit, power-on slow start, slow shutdown, radiator overtemperature detection, current limit and overcurrent protection.
