PID regulator with constant temperature value for electric furnace heating Electric regulator
The temperature control of industrial electric kiln is basically controlled by constant temperature PID regulator+power regulator or solid state relay, which can save energy and electricity. For accurate temperature, SCR power regulator is still used to control electric heating. Our company provides a new control and monitoring method for this control method.
Control instrument: N2000, display accuracy 0.2% (PT100), 0.25% (thermocouple).
Control output: relay, 4-20mA and solid-state relay are user-selected (no hardware modification is required).
Analog transmission: 4-20mA analog transmission.
Remote control input: 4-20mA remote control input.
Power regulator: three-phase , solid-state relay, etc., three-phase three-wire system or three-phase four-wire system or single-phase control.
A circuit unit is composed of temperature controller, solid-state relay or power regulator, heating element and temperature measuring element. The temperature value can be set down in each circuit through Modbus RTU bus, and the action can be started/stopped by the upper computer operation. Each circuit has an independent settable alarm that can be transmitted to the buzzer or upper computer in time. The monitoring terminal of the upper computer is remotely transmitted to the industrial PC through RS485 Modbus RTU for monitoring, or transmitted to the mobile monitoring terminal through wireless transmission through Airgate.
