XQNE editor is mainly to share with you the installation and commissioning methods of power regulator:

1. Check the SCR power regulator controller

1) Check whether the manipulator is bruised or damaged due to transportation. If there is obvious damage, please contact our company.

2) Open the panel of the controller, check whether the wire is moving or falling off due to the impact of transportation, and fasten all terminal screws with a screwdriver.

3) Open the control panel, check whether the screws connecting the copper bar and the thyristor module are loose, and tighten the screws.

2. Detect the SCR power regulator transformer

For the application of voltage regulation at the primary side of the transformer, the transformer is simply detected before use. Disconnect the connection between the primary side and the secondary side of the transformer, and use a multimeter to detect the resistance of the transformer from the primary side to the secondary side, from the primary side to the ground, and from the secondary side to the ground, which should not be less than 1M Ω. Check whether the clamping screws of the transformer are loose, and whether the silicon steel plate is loose, and tighten the bolts.

3. Detect the load of SCR power regulator

Disconnect the connection between the power supply and the load in the furnace, and use a multimeter to measure whether the resistance of the heating wire to the ground meets the requirements. Once two of them are short-circuited to the ground, the three-phase current and voltage will be uneven, the overcurrent alarm will occur, and the operator will be damaged. Check whether the heating wire in the furnace is disconnected or loose.

When the resistance of the heating wire to the ground meets the requirements, it can be connected to the secondary side of the transformer and the bolts can be fastened. Poor contact caused by loose bolts may also cause damage to the operator.

4. Light load test of SCR power regulator

Connect the input power line of the controller, disconnect the connection between the controller and the load, use three 60W/220V bulbs as the fake load, and connect the three bulbs in a star connection (without leading out the center line), and connect them to the output end of the controller respectively. Connect the manual control mode with the accessory 5K ohm potentiometer provided by our company.
